Session recommendations:
• You will receive a lot of information, reason why, it’s important to have paper and pencil to take notes or to record the session
• If you already know the questions you want to ask, I suggest having them written down
• Regarding the questions, they can be closed (yes or no answers), although it is more useful if they are open questions (ex: why, how, in what way, how can I? etc.)
• There is no need for any kind of preparation beforehand or during the session, just be willing to receive the messages
• I suggest being with a trusted person during the session, not necessarily listening to the information, but available in case you need them
• You can access your records as often as you like; however, the suggestion is to do so no more frequently than every 3 months. This way, substantial changes can become evident.
